Column bookcase in painted steel.

Sapiens is a modern and original bookcase, made of painted steel.

The structure is made up of a column that supports shelves and is designed to accommodate books arranged horizontally.

Three measures are proposed:

• height 97 cm: 6 shelves, capacity 35 books, weight 10 kg;
• height 152 cm: 10 shelves, capacity 50 books, weight 13 kg;
• height 202 cm: 14 shelves, capacity 70 books, weight 16 kg.

The finishes available are:

• matte embossed black;
• opaque white (smooth);
• red (RAL 3020, smooth);
• embossed anthracite grey;
• embossed aluminum grey;
• embossed corten.

The shelves, all of the same size, measure (L x W) 19 x 14 cm, have a thickness of 1.5 mm and a capacity of approximately 3.5 kg. The distance between the shelves is 14 cm.
The column section measures 10 x 3 cm and has a thickness of 1.5 mm.

The base is made of metal, in the same color as the entire bookcase. It measures 35 x 35 cm and has a thickness of 4 mm.

To create a suggestive effect, an LED light bar can be attached to the back of the bookcase.
