The Awalé de Saveurs is a refined restaurant located in Lyon, which takes its name from an ancient African game.

This restaurant is specialised in combining good with consistencies and aromas of places far from those typically French, creating new flavours. From this game of flavours derives the name of the restaurant, where Chef Chambon tickles the senses of the guests with new techniques and combinations.

The furnishing of the restaurant has been studied to create a refined atmosphere, elegant and at the same time very comfortable.

Chairs and tables have been completely customised; in particular the Bipsit and Twig model chairs have been chosen, with structures in wood, with the same colour as the tables, streaked walnut.

The Bipsit model offers a seat covered in reconditioned leather in a cream colour, while on the Twig model the seat is lightly padded and covered in practical eco-leather in a brown colour.

The combination of the colours renders the environment warm and comfortable.

The restaurant offers the possibility of hosting more numerous big tables, but at the same time it is ideal for romantic dinners: the Chef has chosen tables with surfaces in varnished walnut with a diameter of 120 cm and square surfaces with dimensions of 80x80 cm to satisfy all customer needs.

The table tops, with a thickness of 50 mm, have aluminium edges, matched to PE4410 and PE4430 bases.

Finally to furnish the corner bar the Chef has matched model 341 rotating and adjustable stools to the counter.

The column and the base are in chrome metal, while the seat is slightly undulating and covered in re-conditioned leather in a tobacco colour; the metal footrest guarantees greater comfort.

The Awalé de Saveurs is only one example of how Sediarreda products may be customised according to different needs; in this case the style and colours of the restaurant are married to the refined and multi-ethnic menu of the kitchen.
