String System is a modular system to create customized and tailor-made furnishing solutions. Its minimal design makes it suitable for the most varied furnishing contexts, in which it adapts perfectly both in terms of space and use.
Construction elements
Wooden shelves combined with storage modules for a large composition to be placed in the living area; cabinets with sliding doors, hooks for hanging and metal shelves for a practical hallway or bathroom furniture; tabletops or desks to be integrated into an equipped wall for the children's bedroom or your home office station.

Swedish design icon
Born in 1949 as a bookcase system easy to ship, assemble and install in any home, the String system has expanded and renewed over the years, becoming an icon of Swedish design. From its origins to today, its creators Nils and Kajsa Strinning have won numerous prizes and awards, including the gold medal at the Milan Triennale in 1954 and the Good Design Award in 2020.
