Sediarreda.com ensures your online purchasing is safe through the use of a certified electronic payment system, careful packaging, and a COMPLETE WARRANTY ON ALL PRODUCTS PURCHASED.

All items are covered by a 24 months warranty against defects.

Online sales are subject to the terms of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06.09.2005 (Articles 64, 65, 66, 67, & 68), which provides the purchaser with the possibility to exercise the right of withdrawal, SATISFACTION or REIMBURSEMENT.

Return of damaged or defective goods

In the event that goods are damaged during shipping (see information on transport) or present production defects, Sediarreda S.r.l. undertakes to replace them under warranty without any additional cost.
To exercise this right it is necessary to:

1 - Specify any damage to packaging in writing on the courier’s delivery document. In the case of obvious damage to the product it is possible to immediately reject the delivery.

2 - Send a written communication to Sediarreda S.r.l. within 5 days from the date of receipt of the goods (via fax 0432 1847878 or by email servizioclienti@sediarreda.com) quoting the order number, and indicating the item that is defective and details of the defect discovered. Our Customer Service department will provide an authorisation code for the return of the goods (Return Number) and details for the collection of the goods by courier.

3 - Return the goods by courier in the original packaging, carefully sealed and with the Return Number provided by Sediarreda S.r.l. clearly indicated on the package. Under no circumstances can we accept returns made on delivery or without a Return Number. Sediarreda S.r.l. will provide for the customer to be credited with the amount paid on the invoice. The costs for the return of the goods will be fully borne by Sediarreda S.r.l.

Right of withdrawal

As a guarantee of the quality of our products, a full refund will be provided in the event that they do not meet your expectations. The right of withdrawal comprises the right of the customer to return goods and the consequent reimbursement to them of the purchase price.
To exercise this right it is necessary to:

1 - Send a letter addressed to Sediarreda S.r.l. by registered mail with return receipt, within 14 days from the date of the receipt of the goods, quoting the number of the order or invoice, the item code, and the quantity of items to be returned in the case of partial withdrawal, together with the bank details for reimbursement by bank transfer (IBAN number of the person named on the invoice).

2 - Contact Sediarreda S.r.l. by telephone on number +39 0432 751347 or via email to servizioclienti@sediarreda.com to obtain an authorisation code for the return of the goods (Return Number).

3 - Return the goods by courier in the original packaging, carefully sealed and with the Return Number provided by Sediarreda S.r.l. clearly indicated on the package. The costs for the return of goods are the responsibility of the customer. Under no circumstances can we accept returns made on delivery or without a Return Number. Sediarreda S.r.l. will provide for the customer to be credited with the amount paid on the invoice, excluding shipping costs, on receipt of the returned goods.
