1. Information for your purchases

I am a private individual, can I make a purchase?

Of course, you can buy online at Sediarreda without having to register. Add the products to your cart and complete your purchases independently. If you wish, you can also order by phone or email.

I am a company, can I purchase with VAT number?

On Sediarreda you can buy both as a private individual and as a company. If you want to buy online as a company, add the products to the cart and continue with the purchase procedure. When filling in your personal details, you can enter your company details.

Are the prices VAT included?

All prices are inclusive of VAT, except those marked as “B2B”. Prices are per unit.

How can I get a discount?

Sign up for the newsletter and immediately receive the Welcome Kit with a discount code for your first purchase.

Where can I physically see the products in the catalog?

Sediarreda is an online retailer, so you can see all the products on our website. We do not have physical stores, nor a network of stores or retailers that display them, but our Customer Service is ready to help you with any need. At our headquarters in Manzano (UD) there is a showroom with a selection of products on display. If you want to come and visit us, contact us here.

I can't find the manufacturer of an item, can you help me?

Some items do not refer to a specific brand because they are produced by local companies or artisans who do not represent a known brand or with whom we have established commercial non-disclosure agreements.

Are the outlet products defective/used?

No, both outlet products and those marked with the wording “last pieces” are original, new and without defects. They are part of the outlet catalog because they come from end-of-production batches or from collections for which the manufacturer grants a special offer. Outlet products are available at the indicated price in limited quantities and only while stocks last.

What are display products?

They are original items from our showroom or used only for photo shoots. They may have small defects, reported on the product page. The display products are available at the indicated price in limited quantities and only while stocks last.

How do I know if a product is available?

The availability of items is indicated in the product sheet with the words "Ready in stock", "Available" or "Made to Order". By clicking on the speech bubble icon next to this indication you can view detailed information on availability.

I would like to buy a product, but I can't find it on the site. What can I do?

If you like a product from a certain brand but can't find it, no problem. As authorized resellers, we can order any product from the catalog for you, even if it's not online at the moment. Write to us >

What does it mean that the item is sold in packs of 2 or 4?

Some products (e.g. some chair models) are sold in boxes containing two or four pieces. If you want to order different quantities, send a request to Customer Service : we will do our best to meet your needs.

2. Shipping and deliveries

Where is my order?

To monitor the status of your order, log in to the MySA reserved area with the username and password found in your order confirmation email. In the “My orders” section you can view the progress status. For more information on the status of your order, you can also consult the “ Order updates ” paragraph in the Shipping and deliveries section. If the expected delivery date has already passed but your order is still being processed in the MySA reserved area, contact Customer Service.

Is shipping included in the price?

For many items and during some promotional periods, shipping costs are free and are indicated with the wording “Free shipping” on the product sheet and in the cart. For other items, you can calculate shipping costs without having to register or log in. Add the items to the cart and choose where to ship the goods. In the cart, you will see the cost of shipping costs and the updated total of your order. Standard shipping only includes delivery of the goods to the curbside. For other services (delivery to the floor and/or assembly) additional costs are applied.

I can't find my country/location among the selectable destinations. Can I still purchase?

If you want to calculate shipping costs or send the goods to a country/location not present in the list of destinations selectable in the cart, do not worry: we ship worldwide. Contact Customer Service : we will send you a quote with the calculation of shipping costs.

Does shipping also include floor delivery and/or assembly of the items?

No, standard shipping includes curbside delivery. Floor delivery, porterage and/or product assembly are available upon request. There is an additional cost.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times vary depending on the item, the combination chosen, and whether or not the products are available in our warehouse. On each product page there is the expected delivery date: it is a rough indication that takes into account production and transport times.

How do I know when the courier will arrive?

When the goods leave our warehouse, you will receive an email informing you that your order has been shipped. All orders include a telephone notification service from the carrier, who will contact you to agree on the delivery date and time slot. If you need to customize the delivery date or communicate changes, consult the " Delivery and transport " section, or contact Customer Service.

3. Payments and billing

Do I have to pay everything at once or can I make a deposit?

You can agree to pay a deposit at the time of ordering using one of the available payment methods (credit card, bank transfer or Paypal). For more information, contact Customer Service.

I would like to change the payment method for my order, how can I do this?

If you want to change the payment method after completing the order, you can do it independently from the reserved area MySA. In the "My orders" section click on the "Proceed with payment" button and choose the new method from the options offered. For cash on delivery payments this option is not available: contact Customer Service.

Can I pay on delivery?

Yes, you can pay on delivery by selecting cash on delivery when ordering. The service is only available in Italy. For more information, see the “ Payments and Billing ” page.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, you can pay in three or four interest-free installments with Scalapay or Paypal. For more information, see the “ Payments and Billing ” page.

I paid by bank transfer, did you receive it?

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive your payment. In addition, if you have a registered account on MySA you will be able to view the payment status and the progress of your order in the reserved area.

Where can I find the invoice and/or order documents?

The documents are available for download in the MySA reserved area. If you do not have a registered account, you can request them by contacting Customer Service.

Can I request an invoice for tax deductions?

Yes, if you need the invoice for tax deductions to attach to your tax return to take advantage of the furniture or renovation bonus, write it in the notes when ordering. Upon request, we can send you a courtesy copy by email.

4. Warranty and right of withdrawal

Are the products covered by warranty?

For private customers, all items are covered by a 24-month legal guarantee for lack of conformity. For some items or brands, the manufacturer offers a longer guarantee, indicated on the product page. For detailed information on the guarantee conditions, read the General Conditions of Sale. We remind you that in order to benefit from the guarantee coverage, it is necessary to keep all the original packaging of the products for the entire duration of the legal guarantee.

What do I do if the goods arrive damaged?

In the event that the packaging is damaged during transport upon delivery, you can request the replacement of any damaged products or components. See the “ Replacement for transport damage ” section for instructions on the procedure to follow.

I received my order, but the item is not as I wanted. Can I return it?

If the quality of the products does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return them and request a refund within 14 days of delivery. For some products we have extended the right of withdrawal to 30 days, while for made to order products there may be limitations. For instructions on how to behave upon delivery and on the conditions of withdrawal, consult the section " Right of withdrawal ".

How do I return a product?

What will I be refunded in the event of a withdrawal?

The right of withdrawal includes the refund of the order amount and shipping costs. Any additional services (delivery to the floor, assembly service) and collection costs for cash on delivery payments are not refundable.

What are the methods and times for receiving a refund for a return?

After receiving and checking the goods, refunds usually take 10 working days. See the “ Right of withdrawal ” section for detailed information on refunds.
