There are objects that have been real symbols of design, which have extraordinary characteristics, an incomparable elegance and the mastery of top designers.
They are pieces of history, of the furniture history. They won prestigious awards or they are just recognized as icons from the critics, the press or the audience, because they are suitable for every style and every environment and they are able to resist to the society changes and to the trends of the moment. These icons are and always will unique and timeless pieces of design.

COMPONIBILI

Designed by Anna Castelli Ferrieri, the memorable voice of the Kartell design, Componibili celebrate their 50th anniversary. They are one of the most iconic pieces of design of the whole Kartell collection, which are also exhibited in the MOMA of New York and in the Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris.

They have been showed for the first time in 1967 on the occasion of the Salone del Mobile in Milan, as an absolutely new: a modular and assembled furnishing item made of ABS, a very innovative and avant-garde material at the time.

PEDRALI FRIDA

Frida by Odo Fioravanti is an award-winning wooden chair, that won also the prestigious Compasso d’Oro award for its "pure sculptural beauty".


It represents a landmark in woodworking and a tough design challenge: realize a three-dimensional and innovative shape, which combines aesthetic and technology, love for details and simplicity.

DOMITALIA BOUCHON

The iconic stool by Domitalia. Funny, original and eclectic, Bouchon is characterized by a cork seat in the shape of a champagne cap.

Ironic and pop, the stool designed by Radice & Orlandini will give a touch of style to every environment, suitable both for residential and contract use.

KARTELL BOURGIE

A perfect, well-balanced and ironic mix between classic and modern. The Bourgie lamp is one of the Kartell best-seller, with its unmistakable shape in baroque style and the big pleated lampshade. The designer Ferruccio Laviani has been inspired by the word wannabe when he imagined Bourgie: the desire of having a great personality.

Architect and designer, Laviani collaborates with Kartell since 1991 and has also designed the Kartell Museum. He has also worked with important brands as Memphis, Olivetti, Foscarini Murano, Moroso, Flos, Dolce&Gabbana, Cassina and Molteni.

NORMANN COPENHAGEN ACE

The soft and rounded shapes, the backrest slightly leaning backwards, the innovation that meets the design.
The designer Hans Hornemann has realized the Ace collection, trying to create the perfect mix of quality, aesthetic and functionality. The Ace collection won several international awards.

INFINITI MAT

A clean, essential and refined design at the same time.

The Mat table is the furnishing item that perfectly answers to the new needs of the contemporary living: the table top can be easily extended and combines the aesthetic side with the functional side.

First of all, the Nolita chair represents a tribute to the history of Pedralistrong> and to the first garden chairs realized in 1963, which marked the beginning of the success of the company.
Nolita is a simple and iconic chair that seems to bring to mind a faraway place and time, and yet absolutely current.

SLIDE KONCORD

Streamlined and lightweight silhouette for the Konkord stool, which personifies the innovative, contemporary and colourful design that characterizes all the Slide collections.

TONON PIT

The perfect connection between design and italian craftsmanship tradition: that's how the Pit chair has been created by the Maly Hoffmann Kahleyss team.

The minimalist and refined shapes of the seat are embellished by the contrast of the fully upholstered shell with the wooden structure. Pit is the winner of the Red dot Design Award 2013 and the Interior Innovation Award 2013.
