For all items, standard shipping includes curbside delivery only.

Shipping costs

Delivery to the floor
The floor delivery service is optional and does not include assembly service. Availability varies based on destination:
- Italy: you can select the service in the cart when ordering.
- Europe: service available upon request.
Standard floor delivery requires the use of only porterage personnel (one or two people depending on the weight/volume of the packages). The use of forklifts or machinery is not foreseen. For deliveries of non-standard weight/volume that require the use of a greater number of people, we reserve the right to verify the cost of the service and send you an updated quote.

Assembly service
The product assembly service is available upon request.

Pick up at the office
If you wish, you can collect the goods directly from our warehouse in Manzano (UD). The service is free. Select the option Pick up at the office in the drop-down list of the cart, or send a request to Customer Service.

Outlet product
This item is original, new and without defects. It is part of the outlet catalog because it comes from end-of-production lots or from collections for which the manufacturer grants a special offer. Available at the indicated price in limited quantities and only while stocks last.

Item that comes from our showroom or used only for photo shoots. May have small defects, reported on the product page. Available at the price indicated in limited quantities and only while stocks last.
