The inspiration for the MiaCara collections came from her, the labrador Cara of Sebastian and Barbara Zweig, founders of the company. Sebastian had noticed that he often refused to use his new pillow, because the pad made noise when he moved.
Hence the idea of creating a line of dog kennels and accessories with materials chosen for them, of the right consistency, comfortable, with a design studied and then tested by Cara and her playmates before making a collection to put on sale. After some time, the collection dedicated to cats (and to Mia, Sebastian and Barbara's cat) came as a result.
Since 2011 MiaCara has been a reference point for animal lovers, a guarantee of design and high quality production.
