Chair by Hay, model J42.
J42 is a chair that proposes the encounter between past and contemporary design. Its simple lines are easily matched to many contexts. The chair can be used in the kitchen, dining room or living area.
The slightly inclined backrest and the widely spaced spindles create an uncluttered design. The wide seat is made of plywood, while the frame is made of solid beech or oak.
It is possible to match the chair with cushions, available in five colours.
Dimensions (W x D x H): 57.5 x 53.5 x 87 cm. The seat is set 44.5 cm from the floor.
Design by Børge Mogensen.
