Chair with armrests by Kartell, HHH collection
HHH, an acronym for Her Highest Highness, is a collection of chairs with armrests designed by Philippe Stark to celebrate one of the most emblematic objects of design: the chair. With its clean lines and striking presence, created with the floral colors and textures created in collaboration with the renowned English brand Liberty, HHH is already an iconic chair.
The chair is made of polycarbonate; the frame and backrest are a solid color, while the front of the seat is printed with floral and plant textures. The resulting effect is that of a two-tone chair.
The combinations are (structure - seat texture):
- Blue - Moon Flower Ink-oghre (UQ)
- White - Moon Flower Lichen (BE)
- Bordeaux - Moon Flower Lacquer (XQ)
- Blue - Mabelle Ochre (UH)
- Green - Mabelle Cream (VM)
- White - Harvest Time Lapis (BP)
- Mustard - Harvest Time Ink-ochre (SI)
- Blue - Thumbling Wilde Ink-ochre (UK)
- Bordeaux - Thumbling Wilde Lacquer (BL)
The dimensions are (L x W x H): 55 x 57 x 90 cm; seat height 46 cm, armrest height 66 cm.
The collection also includes other models: a version entirely in polycarbonate; with a padded seat upholstered in fabric, imitation leather, or leather.
Standard dimensions
For over fifty years, Kartell has lived in our homes with objects with an unmistakable personality. Starting in 1949, founded by Giulio Castelli, it pushed towards the renewal of everyday objects by introducing design elements in a then new material, plastic.
Today Kartell objects tell a very long story, written by the people who use them, the company that produces them strictly in Italy, and by the designers who design their shapes.
Kartell chairs, tables, accessories and furnishings link memory and future furnishing projects. Iconic lines go along with projects that break the mold, signed by prestigious Italian and international designers. And the materials embrace new philosophies: recycling, sustainability and environmental protection, with the aim of 100% green production by 2030.
