Chair with armrests by Kartell, HHH collection
HHH, an acronym for Her Highest Highness, is a collection of chairs with armrests designed by Philippe Stark to celebrate one of the emblematic objects of design, the chair. With its essential lines and an important stage presence, given by the colors and floral textures created in collaboration with the well-known English brand Liberty, HHH is an already iconic seat.
The frame is made of eco-sustainable polycarbonate with a glossy finish, while the seat is padded and covered in eco-friendly imitation leather or leather. The color combinations are:
- Upholstery in tobacco leatherette or leather-colored leather - white structure
- Upholstery in imitation leather or black leather - frame in matching colour.
All models have white stitching.
The dimensions are (L x W x H): 55 x 57 x 90 cm; seat height 47 cm, armrest height 66 cm.
The collection also includes other models: in plain polycarbonate, with a patterned seat or with a padded seat covered in fabric.
Standard dimensions
For over fifty years, Kartell has lived in our homes with objects with an unmistakable personality. Starting in 1949, founded by Giulio Castelli, it pushed towards the renewal of everyday objects by introducing design elements in a then new material, plastic.
Today Kartell objects tell a very long story, written by the people who use them, the company that produces them strictly in Italy, and by the designers who design their shapes.
Kartell chairs, tables, accessories and furnishings link memory and future furnishing projects. Iconic lines go along with projects that break the mold, signed by prestigious Italian and international designers. And the materials embrace new philosophies: recycling, sustainability and environmental protection, with the aim of 100% green production by 2030.
