Transport costs vary according to products and destination. Calculating the cost is simple (and does not imply the purchase):

The system calculates automatically the exact cost according to your combination. If you add articles or modify quantities, the system immediately calculates again the transport costs.

Times of delivery vary according to the model purchased. In the product specifications you will find an indicative delivery date of your goods. Such deadline, in fact, could be either anticipated or delayed for production problems (in such cases, the Customer Service communicates the delay). Sediarreda.com offers several products prompt delivery or in a short time. For urgencies or particular needs we can soon communicate the date for the preparation of the goods.

The delivery takes place via carrier at the address stated in the order; through a phone notice we agree the most suitable date and time for the delivery of your goods. We deliver only at the ground floor (not at home). Beforehand it is possible to agree upon a door delivery (porterage) with an extra charge on the standard cost.

At the moment of delivery the customer is expected to check if the goods are intact and well packaged. If the packaging is damaged and/or broken, the customer is asked to describe the damage in detail on the bill of parcel in the section “GOODS CONTROL”. We inform you that the goods will always be restored or substituted, but we ask you to pay this attention because only through your notification on the transport documents we can be reimbursed by the carriers. If not only the packaging, but also the goods are damaged, you can refuse the delivery or collect the goods (for example: if in your delivery of table + chairs only one chair is damaged and the rest is intact) stating exactly the damages immediately checked on the bill of parcel. 

Sediarreda.com ensures your on line purchases through electronic payments, careful packages and a COMPLETE GUARANTEE ON YOUR PURCHASE. On line sales are subject to the prescriptions of the Decree no. 206 of 6/9/2005, which allows the purchaser the right to cancel, SATISFIED OR REIMBURSED. As surety of the quality of our products, in facts, we guarantee total reimbursement in case they did not satisfy your expectations. Besides, we will restore any damaged or defective articles, phone assistance and goods insured ALL RISK during the transport.
